I’ve defined a Power Team as 2 or more people who work together to win business they wouldn’t otherwise get. I’ve stated that a Power Team exists to create, market and sell a product or service. And that it consists of those people necessary to do so.

A Power Team benefits from the combined resources of the people in the group. It’s greater than the sum of its parts.

A BNI Power Team also benefits from the resources of the wider BNI chapter. This makes it much greater than the sum of its parts.

The plain fact is, a Power Team is an excellent way to grow your business and make more money. It’s an excellent way to take advantage of all that Business Networking London has to offer.

Of course, a Power Team doesn’t appear out of thin air. Somebody has to start it.

The question is – who will start the Power Team you join?

My view is the person with the idea should start the Power Team. That’s exactly what I did when I first sat down with Robin Daly to discuss the potential to use seminars as a sales tool.
